My mom passed her yummy recipe down to me and I get as many rave reviews as she did. This recipe is for 5 cheesecakes, to make just one you will have to adjust the measurements of the ingredients accordingly. You can use your choice of ready made crusts. I like to use graham cracker and Oreo brand crusts. You can add your fave topping like berries, cherries and pineapple or you can marble the cakes as well with fruits or chocolate. Word to the wise…stick to the recipe and use quality ingredients for best results…I guarantee one will NOT be enough! Enjoy! ~ Sharon
- 5 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 tsps. flour
- 8oz heavy cream
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- 8 ozs Sour Cream
BATTER: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKING: Bake 25 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
