Chicken Salad Tea Sandwich

This tasty little sandwich is packed with flavor. Perfectly delicate and elegant for a brunch or to serve at a get together as a yummy appetizer…keep the recipe on hand or keep it a secret either way it’s going to be a conversation piece! ~ Sharon

Directions

Whisk 1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons each shallot and tarragon

2 teaspoons dijon mustard, and salt and pepper

stir in 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

Sandwich toasted white bread with the chicken salad, watercress and sliced cornichons.

Trim the crusts and cut into pieces. Top with more cornichons.
